These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tideon AI's services, operated by TVIS Solutions LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our AI-powered document processing platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Tideon AI provides AI-powered document processing services including:

  • •Document upload and storage for PDFs, Excel, Word, and other formats
  • •AI agents that analyze and extract insights from documents
  • •Natural language chat interface for document queries
  • •Data visualization and chart generation from spreadsheets
  • •Integration with cloud storage services and databases

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • •Be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area)
  • •Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • •Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for our Professional plan. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge. After the trial ends, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

4.3 Refunds

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are provided at our discretion, except where required by law. Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days may be eligible for a prorated refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • •Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
  • •Use our services for unauthorized data scraping or mining
  • •Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload ("Your Content"). By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide our services to you.

6.2 Our Technology

All rights to our AI agents, algorithms, software, and platform remain with TVIS Solutions LLC. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our technology.

6.3 Feedback

Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. You acknowledge that we may use third-party services (including AI providers) to deliver our services, subject to appropriate safeguards.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify services for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We are not liable for any unavailability or data loss, except as required by law.

9. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services (cloud storage providers, payment processors, AI models). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or performance.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS MAY CONTAIN ERRORS AND SHOULD BE VERIFIED INDEPENDENTLY.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TVIS SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TVIS Solutions LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and you should download any needed data within 30 days. We may delete your data after this period. Sections that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Austin, Texas.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TVIS Solutions LLC. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right.
